In addition to all the villa amenities, guests at the villa can make full use of the community facilities on Esprit.
Accessed via private key (available at the villa), these include a large communal pool with changing cabana and tennis and basketball courts.

Take full advantage of the wonderful setting on the shores of Lake Davenport - accessed via the boardwalk behind the communal pool, which can also be used for fishing.
For a round of golf look no further as Esprit is built around the Polo Park East Golf Course. This challenging 9-hole course offers very reasonable green fees - carts and clubs are available for hire.

Esprit is a tranquil haven consisting of part residential and part vacation home properties it has an excellent community spirit and is a friendly community.
At Christmas and Halloween look out for the wonderful decorations throughout the community.

Despite its tranquility, Esprit is close to local amenities. Within walking distance is a bank, with ATM, near the entrance, Subway for snacks, an excellent Indian restaurant which does takeaway as well as eat-in meals, Liquor store and Bar and Grill.
For some serious pampering and beauty treatments there is also a Health Club

A mere 2 minute drive away you'll find a choice of supermarkets.
Publix, an excellent store for quality foods, is just around the corner
- and the giant 24 Hour Super-Walmart is literally minutes away offering everything from food and drink to clothing and electrical items.

Alongside Publix you will find a shopping plaza with Papa John's mouthwatering pizza (they also deliver to the villa), hairdresser, library, Video rental, Chinese take-away, Denny's family restaurant and even a Medical Centre.

The excellent road access also means that the beaches on the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Center are also under an hour away. |
