Rates include all tax at 12%. Rates are for entire villa not per person

For stays of less than 6 nights, there is a Short-Stay fee of $90 (£56), which covers the short turnaround for house cleaning. In addition if your stay is for 3 nights or less, there is an administration fee of $75 (£47).

Pool and Spa heating is available for £110 (US$180) per week or Spa only heating for £65 (US$110) per week Bookings can also be taken ahead for 2013/2014 onwards - book early and secure your rate with £200/$300 per week (or part of) deposit Payments We aim to be as flexible as possible to make your payment trouble free. Payments accepted in either UK£ or US$. We accept payment by US check, UK cheques or International Money Order. We can also accept payment in US Dollars by Mastercard or Visa - a surcharge of 4.5% is added for credit card payments. (This is available to UK guests also who pay in US Dollars). We can also accept payments in £ and US$ and Euros via Paypal - please ask for a Euro price. No need to leave a large security deposit - instead of charging a large security deposit against damage, we make a small charge of $54/£36 (regardless of length of stay) for an insurance policy which covers you against any accidental damage at the villa. This is self-catering accommodation - starter amounts of basic supplies such as toilet roll, rubbish bags and soap will be provided but further supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Welcome packs of groceries and toiletries can be provided - please ask for details.
