Bookings of less than 5 days will incur a cleaning fee of £60 (US$90).

Pool and Spa heating is available for £100 (US$180) per week or Spa only heating for £65 (US$110) per week Bookings can also be taken ahead for 2012 onwards - book early and secure your rate with just a 25% deposit Payments We aim to be as flexible as possible to make your payment trouble free. Payments accepted in either UK£ or US$. We accept payment by US check, UK cheques or International Money Order. We can also accept payment in US Dollars by Mastercard or Visa - a surcharge of 4.5% is added for credit card payments. (This is available to UK guests also who pay in US Dollars). We can also accept payments in £ and US$ and Euros via Paypal - please ask for a Euro price. A security deposit of $300/£200 is required when the final balance is paid - this can be paid by personal check/cheque or via paypal - this will be refunded in full if no damage occurs. This is self-catering accommodation - starter amounts of basic supplies such as toilet roll, rubbish bags and soap will be provided but further supplies are the responsibility of the guest. Welcome packs of groceries and toiletries can be provided - please ask for details.
